2. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) are subject to availability and admin approval. The Salad Culture reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel subscriptions at its discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless a delivery failure is on our part. In case of disputes, contact us within 48 hours of the issue. We will investigate and resolve fairly.
4. Delivery
We endeavour to deliver within the stated time windows. Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for refund unless the order is significantly late.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false information, or engage in any activity that harms other users or our business. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including recipes, images, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of The Salad Culture and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Salad Culture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription or order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
