2018
The Spark
It started with a simple question — why can't healthy food taste amazing? Our founder Priya experimented in her home kitchen, crafting salads that were bold, filling, and completely plant-forward.
2020
First Outlet Opens
We opened our first outlet in Bandra, Mumbai. Word spread fast — within 3 months, we had a daily queue. People weren't just eating salads, they were falling in love with them.
2022
Expanding the Vision
Two more outlets opened in Pune and Ahmedabad. We introduced subscription plans so our regulars could enjoy fresh salads delivered every day, without the wait.
2024
Community & Craft
Today we serve 50,000+ customers with 200+ recipes. Every bowl is still made fresh, every ingredient still locally sourced. The mission hasn't changed — just grown.
